Episode Summary
An easyJet frequent flyer is late for the last scheduled departure of the day to Malaga, and it is left to supervisor Helen Tyrell to demonstrate just how valued a customer he is. Meanwhile, airport manager Leo Jones has to deal with a Polish passenger who is too drunk to board his flight.
