Episode Summary
For more than a decade, Nadine has proven her worth as a dedicated housewife and mother. Now that her children are all grown-up, Nadine gives in to her longtime dream of getting a job. Although Nadine's decision causes a rift with her husband Butch, she soon finds fulfillment in her role as a working mom. As Butch grows more stubborn with the adjustments in their home, Nadine fails to foresee that going after her own happiness would cause her own family.
