Episode Summary
Set during the Second World War, six-year-old Ambo and his family experienced the cruelties committed by the Imperial Japanese Army. Amidst all the dark moments, Ambo has formed a paternal bond with a Japanese officer named Captain Mori, whom he sees as a good man. However, this bond was strained when Ambo witnessed the execution of a man, done by the captain.
