Wimpie ran naked across the hotel's roof. It doesn't matter which child in the family does what, Hendrik always ends up in trouble.

Maggie spent all night baking a cake for school for nothing and poor Hess is very sad to go to school without a cake and late too.

Maggie tries to find solutions with uplifting words and offers options on how Hendrik can lose weight so he can play golf better.

It is busy in the van Tonders' house. Unhappiness too.

Ouboet has shares in a racing rabbit. Wimpie and Hess would like a swimming pool; Wimpie signed a document that sent a pool salesman knocking on their door.

Spike's comment that Ouboet is moving to Giepie bothers Hendrik terribly. The children went for aptitude tests and the results are not what one expects.

Ouboet practices his first aid skills on Hess for a competition at the mine, little knowing that he will be helping a woman in labor on her way to the hospital.

Maggie leaves the family to go away with Marie. However, the family soon discovers how much Maggie does for everyone in the house.

Maggie wants a new car. She gets a speeding ticket when she borrows Hendrik's bakkie. Koert has a date with a girl and Wimpie gives advice.

Hendrik thinks the country is full of competition addicts. People used to talk about money, women and television, but now it's only about competitions and politics.

Hendrik had such a good time after his work meeting at the club that he had to sleep on the couch. Maggie and Yollie then decide that they should also go out a little.

Maggie complains about Hendrik snoring and she devises a plan by sewing plastic skeins to his shirt. Every time he turns on his back, the spinners hinder him.
