The boy from Planet Opernicus, Fedelcio, was taught by Royger that Earthlings are evil, and takes his pet Monster Orolaan to destroy cities on Earth.

Rotating Monster Giros appears and the Science Guard Party is dispatched, but Hikari crashes due to a tornado caused by the monster.

A moving island is Hatari's giant spacecraft, and he has come to Earth to capture Ultraman.
